Project Bayoran (present name: Shang Summit) is a proposed high-rise mixed-use development that comprises of 5 levels basement carpark, 11-levels of podium floors and a 2-tower (East and West) high-rise residential condominium with podium parking, amenities area, and landscape development.
His responsibilities in the project include but not limited to the measurement, quantification and BQ preparation of the basic architectural works such as floor finishes including waterproofing works, wall partition and wall finishes, ceiling finishes, masonry works and other miscellaneous metalworks for the West Tower (Levels 13 to 80).
