Ken transferred to the Budget Group (Engineering Division) through APEC Homes' Job Refresh Program. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Provide quantity estimate/take-off (material and labor) for various sub-projects such as land development, special projects (temporary facilities, amenities, perimeter fences, etc.), and housing (including housing repairs) for multiple subdivision projects across Pampanga, Bataan, and Tarlac in the Philippines.
Evaluate variation/change orders for various sub-projects/contracts.
Ensure that the project cost is kept within the master budget (total project cost).
Assess all job requests if needed for the project.
Resolve concerns related to approved budgets released.
Update budget templates based on assessment of reported concerns.
