This tower will offer 69,200 sqm of office spaces within a commercial and retail area and boasts six (6) levels of combined podium and basement parking.
His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, measurement and quantification, BQ preparation, tender documentation and management, change order evaluation, interim valuation, and other assigned tasks. He provides on-site support to Arcadis Philippines Inc., the cost consultant for the fit-out works of JPMC IFC.
