Lightridge High School Athletes Only
Green days are available for high school students at each school in the Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) system
Typically these options are only available for students at each particular school immediately before or after school
Each school may demonstrate or train specific sport skills for 20 days in the spring, 15 days in the summer, and 20 days in the fall
Weight lifting, running, and cardio-vascular exercises may commence as often as desired and don't count toward sport skill day limits
