Tenant Registration Forms
Tenant registration forms help us help you when you're not there. They also ensure we are able to contact tenants, family, and guests who may be using your home in case of emergencies or problems. Homeowners are responsible to fill out and submit this information to the HOA. Forms may be dropped off in the HOA mail box by the pool, emailed to bod@LosLagosVistasHOA.com, or mailed to the HOA at 1700 Montana Vista, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
Home rentals may only be for a minimum of one month or a maximum of six months within a 12-month period.
Not submitting tenant forms may result in fines.
