About Us

Your association board members actively seek new ideas or recommendations to improve our landscape aesthetics, increase operational efficiencies designed to save money, and enhance the quality of life for all the members of our association.

Our challenge is to continuously maintain and upgrade our complex which is over 40 years old.  Your dynamic commitment and active participation is solicited.  All homeowners are encouraged to attend our meetings which are held on the third Thursday of each month October thru April.  Home Owner meetings are not held May-Sept.

Owners keep the lines of communication open  with each other and family members by being a part of a private Facebook Group called  Los Lagos Vistas Friends and Family  If you are an owner and use facebook, this is a great tool for sharing the fun of Havasu Living here with great neighbors. Recipes, pictures of events as well as if you need anything... a ride, a table or even a cup of flour.

History

Delbert Trailor, owner of the Dell Trailor Construction Co, Phoenix, purchased “our” raw-desert land in the early 70’s …. as Mr. McCulloch was developing and promoting his “Grand Plan” to create this “town-on-the-lake”. Apparently, construction of our complex was begun shortly thereafter. Our condo-complex followed the successful development of the “other” Los Lagos development, directly North of ours. These two entirely separate condominium developments were never inter-connected, contrary to much misunderstanding in the Lake Havasu community.

The original sale prices of these condos were:

A-unit: $29,990 B-unit, C-unit, and D-units: $24,990

Your HOA Officers

Jason Hart was reelected and Mark Holmes was elected to the Los Lagos Vistas HOA Board of Directors during recent elections.

In later action, the board elected officers.  Jason Hart was reelected as president, Connie Vergine as vice president, Mark Holmes as treasurer, and Jim Corbett as architectural chair.  Eric Grimm was unanimously appointed to the board to fill the position vacated by Brandi Holder, who has moved away. He was named secretary, taking over Holder's duties.
