Challenge: May is global accessibility awareness month. The team at InTech wants to help managers be more inclusive and supportive of differently abled employees.  

Solution: As one part of this initiative, the team wants to give mid-level managers some tools to better support their deaf employees in contributing to meetings and communicating with team members. This will allow managers to provide a more inclusive work environment for the employees that are hearing impaired.

This course was originally designed as a Virtual Instructor-led Training, but it can easily be modified to be an in person Instructor-led Training.
