As part of the vision set by the Changhua International Education and English Teaching Resource Center, this initiative is dedicated to advancing bilingual literacy across the county. This 2026 project serves as a creative avenue where we explore innovative ways to immerse students in the English language and provide them with authentic opportunities for mastery.

We are looking for new and fun ways to help students practice English. By giving them more chances to hear, speak, and use the language in real life, we want to help every student feel confident and ready for the world.
