Leave your loved clothes in good hands
A door-to-door service to collect, clean, and share the clothes you once loved.
Why You Should Choose Jup Up?
We are responsible
We make sure your clothes will not end up in the landfill.
We are transparent
We provide reports on how your clothes are re-distributed and handled.
We are against waste
We have our own logistic team and use reusable boxes to ensure we are 100% zero waste.
HKD500 per box for whatever you can fit in a box (our designated logistic box approx. 607 x 495 x 303mm, enough for 30-40 pcs of summer clothes). It includes a fair and reasonable wage for our frontline men, all related van rides, storage rental and manpower cost for handling the collection.
Click the 'Book Now' button above to the registration form. Fill in the form with all the details to help us prepare. Then, you will see the payment details on the screen. Please pay in advance to make sure everything goes smoothly. After we receive your registration and payment, our team will confirm the appointment via call/WhatsApp to confirm the arrangements. On the scheduled date, our man will knock at your door with our gear ready!
All you need to do is to make sure the payment is successful, and all the clothes you want us to take are gathered. You don't have to pack the clothes, because we run by a strict zero-waste rule, meaning we will pack your clothes in our reusable logistic containers.
While we are working hard to expand the service scope, right now Jup Up is only for clothing, seasonal or non-seasonal. By clothing we need garments (intimate wear and swimwear that cover your private spaces exclusive), accessories, bags and shoes that are clean. We do not take furs - we are serious about animal protection.
Yes, and this is one of the reasons why we charge. We will assess the condition of every single piece and then mend/upcycle the unwearable ones.
After the pick-up, the Jup-Up man will send your clothes to our outlying island 'basecamp', where we will sort, clean, mend your clothes (if necessary). Then, your clothes will be distributed via these channels: JupYeah.com, Mobile Wardrobe clothing giveaway, Pop-Up Swaps, LookMatters Renewal, Dead Stock Upcycling Project and donating to social workers or social welfare groups (but only upon their request as they have more important missions than handling your clothes).
