Farewell to packaging trash
Introducing RePack - reusable and returnable package
We are super excited to bring Helsinki-based RePack to Hong Kong! These uber-cool mailer bags are reusable and returnable - a practical innovation to kick away ugly plastic, disposable packaging waste. We will continue to use these bags until they retire back to RePack.
Order a JUPBAG and we will deliver it to your home in no time.
Fill the JUPBAG with your used clothes, seal it, and stick the prepaid mailing label on it.
Drop off the full JUPBAG at the nearest HK Post Office. No postage is required.
When your JUPBAG arrives at our warehouse, we will roll up our sleeves and do the rest.
Around 25 pieces of summer clothes can fit in a RePack bag - and folding them nicely can help save space.
HKD300 per bag for whatever you can fit in the designated RePack mailer bag (approximately 16 x 49 x 33cm, enough for 25 pcs of summer clothes). It includes a prepaid return mailing label, so you just have to drop off the full mailer bag at the post office.
The ample JUPBAG is happy to contain clothing, seasonal or non-seasonal; accessories, bags and shoes. We do not accept underwear, swimwear that covers your private places, used socks, and all other things that you by common sense don't wear as clothing. We also don't accept faux or real furs - we are serious about anti-animal cruetly.
Yes, and this is one of the reasons why we charge. We will assess the condition of every single piece and then mend/upcycle the unwearable ones.
The postmen will send your clothes to our warehouse, where we will sort, clean and mend your clothes (if necessary). Then, we will distribute your clothes via these channels: JupYeah.com, Mobile Wardrobe clothing giveaway, Pop-Up Swaps, LookMatters Renewal, Dead Stock Upcycling Project and donating to social workers or social welfare groups (but only upon their request as they have more important missions than handling your clothes).
You need to understand that redistributing your clothes responsibly comes with a variety of costs - storage, manpower, logistics, and - again - MANPOWER. So JupYeah only collects clothes on a paid basis. If you would like to look for free options, we recommend listing them on our free swapping platform JupYeah.com and deal with interested takers without us having to roll up our sleeves :) Or - bring them to our next swap event (keep posted on our social media)!
