For each of the war years 1915 -1919 the Commissioner's Annual Report included the following
The 1920 Commissioner's Annual Report did not included a summary statement or Honour Roll enlistment list but it did include a final complete Honour Roll Obituary List of Railway employees killed while serving at the war.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

This is a work was complied by a progress of cross checking the 1914 Victorian Railways employees Gazette against the 1920's Obituary list and AIF Project and other War Records to get all the details Railway Soldiers
