I've used Instant Gaming in the past and absolutely loved my experience. The prices are much much better than the Steam Store.

I no longer use Restream for multistreaming itself but do use the chat overlay because it is not compatible with having different audio tracks for VODs, but if I were to not care about not having copyrighted music I would absolutely use Restream. It is so good, has built in OBS integration, and has its own importable OBS chat overlay.
