Some risks, which would need to be managed, but also significant opportunities. There has in any case been a steady increase in hiring paid help, particularly for bookkeeping, over recent years, as we run short of Friends willing and able to take on such tasks. Professional expertise in finance, safeguarding, data handling, building management, etc brings benefits, though Friends would want to avoid over-professionalising our organisation.
