We have a unique system that allows us to pay it forward! Those who pay regular prices help those who need some help. I also put my tips towards the special coupon we use called God's Grace.

Tuesday-Saturday Between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Standard Operating Procedures:

We have a No Refunds Policy, I'm working from home supporting my family.

The order and payment is due 2 weeks prior to the date of pick up.

I will take emergency cakes as I have time slots for them, I'm not going to let someone go without a cake if I can help it.

We use Square for our invoices, you just pay online, it's very easy. If you'd like to tip you can do that through the invoice or cash, it's greatly appreciated!

I use our invoices for several things, but mainly it's the bill for the order, it saves your date on my schedule and is my work ticket in the kitchen.

Please check your invoice to make sure everything is correct, if not just let me know and I can change it before it's paid for.

We don't require a deposit, you putting in your order, and receiving your invoice, saves your date.

However, if it's not paid for before or on the due date the system will cancel the order.

Also, I have had to add this to the policy:

We can take payment for your order up to 45 days prior to the date you're picking it up, IF you're confident you won't need to cancel your order.

If you think you may need to cancel your order, please don't make the payment until the due date.

If you need to cancel the order within the 2 weeks prior to the date of pick up, I can cancel it but there are no refunds.
