Call for Papers
We welcome original work or recent work on the topic of loco-manipulation for inclusion in the workshop. Submissions should be in IEEE format; we recommend a 2-4 page extended abstract but also welcome submitting recent work as-is. Accepted contributions will be posted on the workshop website, and authors will be invited to present a poster in person during the workshop. A limited number of papers will be selected to give a spotlight talk, and the invited speakers will determine a best paper award.Â
Contributions on the following topics are welcomed:
Algorithms: whole-body control, planning, model-based and model-free policy optimization, perception
Challenges: sim-to-real gap (multi-contact, system identification, transfer, etc.), co-design (under actuation, compliance, actuators), safety (constraints, guarantees, stability margins, ISO guidelines, etc.)
Applications: mobile manipulation, domestic robotics, maintenance, inspection & monitoring, construction, agriculture, manufacturing, underwater intervention, space, logistics, sports etc.
Platforms: legged systems, wheeled systems, hybrid wheeled-legged systems, underwater systems, aerial systems
Abstracts should be prepared using the ICRA conference template and submitted via email to loco.manipulation.workshop@gmail.com.
