LocalReach is a platform that helps customers discover and contact independent local service providers.
LocalReach does not directly provide, supervise, employ, certify, or guarantee the services offered by listed providers.
Users must provide accurate and current information when creating or updating an account.
Users are responsible for:
• Keeping login details secure
• Protecting passwords and verification codes
• Preventing unauthorized account access
• Informing LocalReach about suspected misuse
• Using the app only for lawful purposes
Users must not create accounts using false or misleading information.
Customers are responsible for:
• Reviewing provider information
• Verifying provider identity and suitability
• Confirming pricing before work begins
• Agreeing on service terms directly with the provider
• Protecting personal and financial information
• Reporting suspicious or unsafe behaviour
Customers should not share passwords, one-time passwords, bank PINs, or confidential information with providers.
Providers must:
• Submit truthful and accurate information
• Keep contact and service details updated
• Communicate professionally
• Clearly explain pricing and charges
• Follow applicable laws and safety requirements
• Respect customer privacy and property
• Avoid misleading claims, fraud, harassment, or abuse
Providers are responsible for licences, permits, insurance, taxes, qualifications, warranties, and legal compliance applicable to their services.
Any service agreement is directly between the customer and the provider.
LocalReach is not a party to agreements concerning:
• Service scope
• Pricing
• Payments
• Advance payments
• Materials
• Completion time
• Warranties
• Refunds
• Disputes
LocalReach does not process or guarantee payments between customers and providers unless a future app feature clearly states otherwise.
LocalReach may review provider registrations before approval.
Approval is for listing purposes only and does not represent certification, endorsement, employment, partnership, or a guarantee of service quality.
LocalReach may reject, suspend, hide, or remove provider listings when necessary.
Users may report incorrect information, suspicious activity, misconduct, fraud, harassment, or unsafe behaviour.
LocalReach may review reports and take action, including:
• Warning a user
• Requesting additional information
• Restricting account access
• Suspending a provider
• Removing a provider listing
• Blocking a customer account
LocalReach is not obligated to disclose internal moderation details.
Users and providers must not:
• Submit false information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use LocalReach for unlawful activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Misuse customer or provider information
• Attempt to access another user’s account
• Interfere with the app’s security or operation
• Submit fraudulent registrations or reports
• Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Use automated systems to misuse the platform
LocalReach may temporarily suspend or limit app access for maintenance, updates, security concerns, technical problems, or legal requirements.
LocalReach does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the extent permitted by law, LocalReach is not responsible for:
• Service quality
• Provider conduct
• Customer conduct
• Pricing disputes
• Payment disputes
• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Service delays
• Missed appointments
• False provider claims
• Third-party applications such as phone or WhatsApp services
Users engage providers at their own discretion and risk.
LocalReach may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when there is suspected:
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Harassment
• False information
• Security misuse
• Repeated complaints
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable law
Users may stop using LocalReach and request account deletion at any time.
Use of LocalReach is also governed by the LocalReach Privacy Policy.
Users should read the Privacy Policy to understand how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and deleted.
LocalReach may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
Continued use of LocalReach after an update may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws in India.
Any legal matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Andhra Pradesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
