What makes a good leader?
A good leader organizes, guides, and empowers others and inspires them to achieve a desired outcome. In today's environment, the role of a leader is more important than ever. Good leaders should have integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, compassion, and resilience. They should also learn to be agile and flex their influence while communicating their vision, showing gratitude, and collaborating effectively.
