What will we be doing?
In-person masterminds where you can bring your ideas, challenges, and opportunities to learn from others' stories, experiences, and solutions.
We will have guest speakers at some of the meetings as well.
We might have other lightly structured communications between gatherings, but the main focus is the in-person networking masterminds.
While this mastermind may produce some fantastic programs and community projects, the primary intention is to equip and continually challenge the leaders who will be pivotal in creating, implementing, and ultimately leading those programs.
Remember…. "flywheel". Think "inertia".
Once a flywheel is spinning, it stores energy and keeps rotating due to its inertia. While some effort is still required to keep it going (to overcome friction), it's much less effort than what was needed to get it started. This is similar to the concept of the flywheel effect in business. With consistent effort, you build momentum and progress. As your project or business gains traction, it becomes easier to maintain that progress because of the momentum you've created.
Because this group is made up of action-takers, any value added to their life will be for the benefit of others through overflow. It will not remain in the hands of a close-fisted leader.
How often will we meet/communicate?
Ultimately we will meet in person once a quarter (every three months or so), BUT we will meet more frequently as we build out the core group of people (prob every 4 - 6 weeks).
Of course, as you build unique connections in the group, you will meet and connect during your timeframe outside of the above.
Commitment/Cost
Masterminds typically run $10,000+ to join, but I'm building this community at no charge to connect with other high performers, knowing that who you surround yourself with breeds more of who “they” are.

The first few meetings will be pivotal as your input will take part in developing this community to be of maximum value.
