COVID 19 - IMPORTANT NOTICE

LLANIDLOES CROQUET INFORMATION SHEET


  1. DO NOT visit the club if you are experiencing symptoms of a cold or flu, in particular if you have a persistent cough, high temperature, loss of taste/smell or any other symptoms of COVID-19.


  1. CONTACT the club secretary by phone, text, or email before visiting the club.


  1. COMPLETE the register book by signing, dating and leaving contact details - EVERY time you visit the club


  1. FAMILIARISE yourself with the following club rules and watch out for new guidelines - this is a changing situation


  1. EVERYONE must observe social distancing of 2m at ALL times.


  1. SANITIZE hands and all equipment such as hoops, balls and club mallets before & after use.


  1. ONLY one person should set out and take in the hoops for a game.


  1. USE your feet to position balls. DO NOT leave equipment lying around to cause a trip hazard


  1. ONE person only is allowed into the clubhouse to use the GENTS toilet. You MUST wear a mask when inside the clubhouse. Sanitize hands on entry, sanitise the toilet, flush & door handles after use, wash hands (paper towels are supplied) DO NOT PRESUME that this has been done before as other people could be using the clubhouse.


  1. IF you are the last to leave, clean everything down, chairs, padlocks, door handles.


  1. BRING your own refreshments until such times we can use the kitchen and will provide as part of the green fees




ClUB HOUSE RULES

THE TENNIS CLUB COMMITTEE ARE KINDLY PERMITTING THE CROQUET CLUB THE USE OF THE TOILET FACILITIES IN THE CLUBHOUSE

MEMBERS OF THE TENNIS CLUB ARE NOT ALLOWED TO, SO PLEASE BE VERY RESPECTFUL OF THE RULES WE ARE PUTTING IN PLACE TO ADHERE TO COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

ONLY ONE CROQUET CLUB MEMBER IN THE CLUBHOUSE AT ANY ONE TIME

USE THE HAND SANITISER ON ENTRY

WASH YOUR HANDS & USE THE PAPER TOWELS AND DISPOSE OF THEM IN THE BAG PROVIDED

USE THE HAND SANITISER ON EXIT

Note: This club has a full risk assessment for normal activities and Covid 19, both of which are available from the club secretary upon request.
