Each year we try to deliver new and original programming for all our participants. This tends to come in the form of:
Friday Night Events
Saturday Daytime Events
Saturday Night Social Activities
Read below for more information on these events, but keep in mind that they are subject to change between now and the start of camp!
Journey to our "tropical vacation" spot (Confederation Lodge; the Llama Moot staff does not guarantee a spot that is either tropical or vacation-worthy) and meet your fellow vacation-goers for Llama Moot: The Beach Episode after you check in on Friday night!
Beach/Vacation-themed movies
While participants arrive and register we will be playing some of our favourite thematic movies.
President's Meeting
A short meeting to make sure all groups are given any last bits of information they might need to know.
Icebreakers
The fun begins with a series of icebreakers to get everyone in the spirit of the camp.
Saturday Morning Events
Featuring everything from trivia-based events to wild challenges, there's nothing else quite like what we have planned.
The Ultimate Game Show
Back by popular demand, join us Saturday afternoon as we bring to you the second iteration of our Ultimate Game Show. Your hosts, Paul and Chris, have blended ideas from the best game shows, with a healthy dose of beach-theming, into one wild game show, with each group directly competing for the prize. Will your group have what it takes to win it all?
Scavenger Hunt
List to be distributed at camp, points are awarded for creativity (and trust us when we say you need to be particularly creative this year)!
Dance
Attention beach-goers, make your way back to our "tropical vacation" spot (Confederation Lodge) for a night of dancing with friends, old and new!
Back by popular demand, upon entry you will also receive a ticket for a free juice drink from our canteen. Additional juice drinks may be purchased for $1.50.
Llama Moot staff strongly encourages youth to bring their own water bottles to the dance. While cups and markers will be made available, they will be limited to prevent garbage.
Magic the Gathering Draft
An additional cost of $15 per draft participant applies, or a participant may bring 3 sealed packs of cards for use and have this fee waived.
Anyone is welcome, regardless of experience.
Assorted Board/Card Games
You're welcome to bring any (appropriate) board/card games in addition to those supplied by the camp.
