Tips for talking about reading -- Tell Me a Story!
BEFORE
Think about your own life of reading and questions you may want to ask.
Explain your purpose is collecting stories about reading; arrange a time to talk (20-60 minutes.)
DURING
Explain you may take notes to help remember highlights.
Be flexible and let the conversation follow its own path.
Close by sharing our online home: https://sites.google.com/view/livinglibraries/home; ask your partner's preferences for being listed on the community roster, or approving any stories you plan to submit.
AFTER
While it's fresh write highlights of your talk--relay a simple story you heard. SEE BELOW FOR EXAMPLES
