키라라 KIRARA

‘이쁘고 강한 음악’을 모토로 활동 중인 키라라는 2014년부터 활동을 시작해 7장의 EP와 4장의 정규음반, 연 30회 이상의 공연 등의 활발한 활동을 이어오고 있다. 차갑고 강한 빅비트와 여리고 섬세한 멜로디의 조합을 통해 슬프면서도 신나는 상반된 감정을 동시에 불러일으키는 키라라의 음악은 세 번째 정규앨범 [Sarah]를 거쳐 최근의 [4]에서 더욱 확고한 정체성을 확립하고 있다. 프랑스의 트랜스뮤지컬(Trans Musicales 2017), 미국의 SXSW 2019에 초청되는 등, 활동 영역과 인지도를 넓혀가던 그는 [제14회 한국대중음악상] 최우수 댄스&일렉트로닉 음반상을 수상하며 다시 한번 신의 주목을 받았다.

KIRARA, with the motto of ‘Strong and pretty music,’ has led her vigorous musical career with 7 EPs, 4 regular Album, and more than 30 times of performances per year since 2014. Fabricated with delicate but exquisite melodies and strong but cold Big beat, her music arouses two seemingly opposite sentiments consisting of excitement and melancholy at the same time, and it has been solidified from her third regular Album [Sarah] to the most recent release [4]. She is expanding her musical field and gaining a reputation by getting invited to renowned international festivals such as Trans Musicales 2017 in France, and SXSW Conference 2019 in United States. Furthermore, she garnered wide publicity from the music scene by winning an award of ‘The Best Dance&Electronic Album’ at the 14th Korean Music Awards.
