-Directors need to be willing to take extra responsibility into leading groups.
-Directors need to be able and willing to attend more meetings than the average member.
-Directors need to be willing to attend special meetings.
-Directors need to be respected and trusted among their peers.
Secretary:
-The Secretary needs to meet the requirements of a Director.
-The Secretary needs to ensure that everything is in order, such as volunteering, people, and supplies.
Vice President:
-The Vice President needs to meet the requirements of a Director.
-The Vice President needs to act as the President if the President is unable to attend meetings.
-The Vice President must have incredible leadership skills.
-The Vice President must be willing to offer ideas in order to bring change and progress in Litter Free Leonia.
-The Vice President needs to be able to guide the Directors.
President:
-The President needs to meet the requirements of all of the above.
-The President needs to lead and guide all of Litter Free Leonia.
-The President needs to operate the website, volunteering sheets, and handle emails.
-The President needs to keep everyone out of trouble.
-The President needs to be willing to listen to others to ensure that everyone gets to collaborate to the group.
-The President needs to be willing to attend every meeting they possibly can.
-The President needs to be the main driver and executer behind ideas for the well-being of the group.
The Social Media Crew consists of anybody who wants to join that has great social media skills. Whether you simply enjoy social media or have your own account with tens of thousands of followers, this crew is open to anybody.
Requirements:
-Members need to have a good understanding of what's trending on the media.
-Members need to remember to not cause any trouble online.
-Members need to be willing to be shown on camera.
The Technology Crew consists of anybody who wants to join that has great technological skills. Digital skills are key in the modern world, and having a crew dedicated to the website and other online tools for the group is essential.
Requirements:
-Members need to be tech savvy.
-Members need to be willing to collaborate with others for fixing or adding to the digital systems.
