The project "Toward designing a zero-budget digital library framework for school and college libraries of Bangladesh" addresses the pressing issue that most school and college libraries in Bangladesh lack digital services, including basic library websites. The primary barrier to implementing such services is insufficient funding. This project aims to create a framework that will enable these libraries, especially in developing and least developed countries, to build and maintain digital libraries at zero cost. By utilizing free resources and requiring only minimal technical skills, this framework will empower libraries to offer digital services without the need for financial or technical expertise.
