Clara McGregor is an actress whose presence moves effortlessly between contrasting sensibilities, embracing both masculine and feminine codes without being confined to either. In the editorial, photographed by Branislav Šimončík and styled by Chiara Totire, her androgynous image becomes a study in duality, where strength and softness, rebellion and elegance coexist. Rather than settling into a single identity, Clara embodies the freedom of transformation, reflecting the spirit of Issue 31: PARADOX.
Beyond the images, meeting Clara revealed a charismatic and refreshingly down-to-earth personality. Our encounter during Milan Fashion Week became the starting point for What Stays After, a short novel inspired by the conversations we shared and the unexpected connections that can emerge from fleeting moments. Through her presence and the story that followed, Clara became part of a wider reflection on contradiction and the ways brief encounters can leave a lasting impression.
MY ROLE
Oversaw the on-set experience, building a connection with Clara McGregor and ensuring a smooth, comfortable environment throughout the shoot. I coordinated social media collaboration with her talent management and produced and edited video content for the magazine’s digital platforms, maintaining the visual language and editing style of Issue 31: PARADOX. Through the video interview and behind-the-scenes content, I developed a more rebellious, rock-inspired narrative that reflected Clara’s personality and complemented the editorial’s exploration of androgyny and the fluidity between masculine and feminine codes. I also wrote the accompanying editorial article, transforming our encounter after the shoot into a short narrative inspired by the issue’s central theme.
PRINTED ARTICLE
Following my encounter with Clara McGregor after the editorial shoot, I wrote All that follows, a short novel published alongside the editorial in Issue 31: PARADOX. Blurring the boundaries between personal encounter and fiction, the piece unfolds as a story within a story, using the ambiguity between truth and lies as its point of departure.
Inspired by the fleeting nature of human connections, the narrative explores encounters that may be brief yet leave a lasting emotional imprint. By weaving an intimate conversation into a fictional account of an unresolved relationship, I translated the issue’s central theme into a literary experience, exploring the paradox of people who leave our lives but continue to shape how we see the world.

VIDEO INTERVIEW
Developed and edited a social media video interview that captured Clara’s more rebellious, playful, and unconventional side. Drawing on the energy of rock music and the editorial’s androgynous imagery, I shaped the video’s tone to reflect the tension between masculine and feminine codes explored throughout the story. I maintained the distinctive editing style and visual language of Issue 31: PARADOX, ensuring the content felt like a natural extension of the printed editorial.
BACKSTAGE
Produced and edited behind-the-scenes content documenting the atmosphere, creative process, and energy of Clara’s editorial shoot. Using a rebellious, rock-inspired approach, I aimed to reveal a more spontaneous side of Clara while echoing the androgynous aesthetic of the photographs. The video extended the editorial’s visual narrative to social media, offering audiences a glimpse into the process behind the images while preserving the creative identity and editing style of Issue 31: PARADOX.
