Materials and equipment you will need for this course

• You will need internet access that is reliable.

• A laptop or computer to access your course in BlackBoard, your unit work in the RealizeIt platform (go to Course Content in BlackBoard and then the current week), and assessment items which includes quizzes, module exams, and the summative assessment - final exam.

• You may want to get a set of headphones if you will not be in a room by yourself. I want you to hear me and your classmates.

• A RealizeIt redemption code (the online cost is $59, but you can also purchase a code at the SUNY Morrisville bookstore). Please go to Blackboard and access the Pre-Course Math Quiz or Survey 1 to be prompted to the purchasing and license page. Here is a resource to help you: Student Guide

• Loose leaf paper or a notebook to use while doing your work in RealizeIt - keep yourself organized.

• Pencils with erasers - You are going to make mistakes. And you will make less mistakes the more you practice!

• A 3-ring binder to hold your notes. Again, keep yourself organized!

• A scientific calculator, such as the TI-30XIIS
