The Western Visayas Road Safety Action Plan 2026-2028 is made up of six focus areas corresponding to the five pillars of the PRSAP while also integrating the global focus area on multimodal transport and land use planning which serves as the sixth focus area.

By 2030, the region aims to cut fatalities and serious injuries significantly contributing to national and global targets, with near‑term milestones. These targets are supported by annual milestones per focus area, ensuring that the region’s progress is both trackable and accountable.
