The Ligtas na Kalsada for All (LinK4All) Summit is a two-part activity that aims to give participants better context of road safety and to generate inputs for the Western Visayas Road Safety Action Plan. The Workshop is an in-person, intensive activity that will enable participants to directly determine pragmatic strategies to address road safety issues for the medium-term.
