University of Missouri BHS Graduation May 2020
Hello and welcome to my ePortfolio! My name is Lindsey France and I have a passion for infectious disease control. I graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 2020 and received a Bachelor's degree in Health Science. I am currently enrolled in my first year of the Master of Public Health program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am ecstatic to dive deeper into public health prevention and advocate for health equity and equality for all.
With my Public Health degree, emphasizing in epidemiology, I strive to be heavily involved with global & local public health departments that specialize in infectious disease. I am passionate about emergency preparedness, environmental health, forensic epidemiology, gun violence, and minority inequities.
I have many transferable skills thanks to my wide range of service, leadership, occupations, and life experiences. These photos on the left highlight my work as a veterinary technician and my global service experience in Honduras. I hope for my future to be sufficiently immersed in travel, learning about new cultures to enhance world unity.
