Welcome to Lincoln High School Ultimate! (in Seattle)

• Fall Bx* league (male and non-binary players ) The Fall 2025 season will begin around early to mid August and tryout registration will open in early June. Please click on the webpage specific to Bx play for more information or email ultimatelincolnhs@gmail.com. 

• Spring Gx* league (female and non-binary players ) If you are interested in playing Ultimate, please email lincolnultimatehsgirls@gmail.com. For more, click on the webpage specific to Gx play. 

• Winter mixed gender league (all players) If you would like to play Mixed for the 2025-26 season, please check our website in late Fall 2025. Tryouts are usually in mid-November. Please click on the webpage specific to Mixed play for more information or email ultimatelincolnhs@gmail.com. 

About Ultimate: Ultimate is a fast-paced team sport that requires excellent throwing skills and immense stamina and agility. Ultimate is self-officiated by the players and this relies on "Spirit of the Game," a tradition in ultimate which values sportsmanship and encourages fair play. Ultimate is an intense sport but also very newcomer friendly.

*The Lincoln High School Ultimate Club accepts all people. The Bx league is for those most comfortable matching up against male-identifying players. The Gx league is for those most comfortable matching up against female-identifying players. However, we recognize that gender does not function as a binary system.  We acknowledge that Ultimate Frisbee often employs a gender ratio rule or league division that does not fit our broader understanding of gender identity. No player should be asked to explain or justify their identity. We trust our community to play where they are most comfortable and in accordance with Spirit of the Game. 

Practice locations: we try to have practices at Lower Woodland Park, but fields are always at a shortage so we piece together various other nearby fields. 

This is a club sport

Ultimate Frisbee is a Club Sport at Lincoln High School, and all Seattle high schools, providing competitive opportunities for boys and girls to play Ultimate. Lincoln Ultimate runs very similarly to the other SPS high schools. 

• The club is completely run and paid for by parents. The association that we play under is Disc Northwest. Coaches are hired by the Club.

• SPS does not support the sport as it does its traditional sports. It does not fall under the WA Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA).

• Students are not required to complete the SPS Athletic Packet or have a current physical. However, we do encourage all students who participate in ultimate to have a current physical covering the duration of the student athlete's participation (good for two years). 

• This also means SPS does not provide transportation to/from games, uniforms and more. Parents fund all expenses and help with transportation to and from games and tournaments.
