All sessions must now be booked via Picktime and paid by bank transfer.
A junior member attending must be accompanied by one parent or guardian. All parents/helpers need to book as volunteer/helper on the Picktime website so that their details are recorded for fire regulations and insurance purposes.
How to use Picktime
You can choose to sign up for an account or you can just book. Signing up means that you wont need to enter as many details on each visit. You will also be able to book directly using the calendar function of the Picktime website.
To book click the Book Appointment tab on the left of the screen and then click ‘Club Shoot” if you are shooting or 'Volunteer or helper' if you are volunteering or helping. If you are shooting don't forget to pay for the session by bank transfer.
On the ‘Choose a Team Member’ click Lincoln Archers. The available sessions will then be shown on the screen. Click the session you wish to book and complete the form. Click ‘Book Appointment’ and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you need to cancel them please use the link at the bottom of the confirmation email
If we have insufficient numbers on any day then the session will be cancelled and you will be informed via the email entered on the booking form. Please check your email before travelling to the shoot.
