1. CMOS devices for processing-in-memory (PIM), neuromorphic, and quantum computing applications
Fabrication and characterization of feedback FETs (FBFETs) with logic-in-memory, neuronal, and cryogenic memory characteristics

Simulation and realization of FBFET-based synaptic and neuron devices for neuromorphic computing applications

2. Fabrication of silicon nanowires (Si NWs) using top-down methods
Development of Si NW fabrication process via top-down methods
Direct transferring of Si NW arrays onto bendable substrates
3. Mechanical and optoelectronic characteristics of silicon nanowire-based electronic devices
Fabrication of Si NW based field-effect transistors (FETs) on bendable substrates
Characterization of FETs, logic and memory devices constructed onto bendable substrates
Analysis of electrical characteristics for bendable-substrate-based NW devices under mechanical bending or laser illumination
4. Flexible oxide thin film transistors with high-k gate dielectrics
Growth of oxide thin films using direct current reactive magnetron sputtering
