Warnings
These types of brushes are great for short haired dogs, such as boxers, pitbulls, some labs, boston terriers ect. They are great for helping to reduce shedding in short haired breeds!
As for using on a long haired dog, such as any doodles/poodle mixes, german shepherds, cocker spaniels, great pyrenees, bernese mountain dogs, chows, ect... use caution using this UNLESS the dog has been properly brushed with a slicker brush/comb combo to make sure there is no undercoat or tangles in the coat.
This is a great product to use during bath time as a massaging tool, or to help distribute shampoo evenly through the coat. These types of brushes are great for stimulating blood flow and massaging your pups muscles. But using the proper tools for the proper coat type on your pups before hand is the important step.
