L.I.F.T exists to create community benefit.
Our work aims to reduce barriers to education, employment and participation by making English learning more accessible.
Our programmes can help learners develop:
Confidence
Greater confidence communicating with others.
Independence
Greater ability to navigate everyday services and situations.
Education
Improved access to academic opportunities and learning.
Employment
Stronger workplace communication and employability skills.
Integration
Greater participation in community and social life.
Family Engagement
Improved communication between parents, schools and services.
Fee-paying services help create the income needed to subsidise or fund provision for people experiencing disadvantage.
We will continue developing programmes based on the needs of the communities we serve.
We aim to monitor participation, learner progress and community outcomes so that our work remains focused on meaningful social and educational impact.
