No, I can bring you everything we will need to have a great workout and kick start/continue your goals and training if you are in person. My online friends it is highly recommend getting a membership if you do not have one, however your custom plan will include all your equipment at home, your local gym equipment, and or bodyweight.
Then you are exactly who I would love to work with.
There is 0 judgement with me, all questions are welcomed. Everyone in fitness has been exactly where you are right now. I will work to help build your confidence in the gym!
I ask all my clients for at least a 12-week commitment. Real change and consistency can take time, adjustments and strategy. All I ask is that you trust the process.
I currently will accept - PayPal, Zelle, tap to pay in person, or Cash.
In rare circumstances I am also open to a barter. Items, your own skills, or opportunities for growth can be negotiated.
One of the things with me is that I am going to be your own personal cheerleader, your new support system, and guide!
It is hard to figure it out on your own, and that is exactly why I am here for you.
P.S I will not let you quit on yourself! We have goals to crush this year!
This is a tricky one.
As far as recommendations on Calories and Macros I can. However, I cannot and will not tell you exactly what to eat as that would be more of a " 'Registered dietician". If you are looking for someone to exactly tell you what to eat, I will always make recommendations to other professionals. We stay in our lanes here, and I am not afraid to tell you where my expertise is.
As a Nutritionist I will say this - please be wary of people's credentials when it comes to food!
I would like you to think about all the What ifs- Would have, should have, could have.
This is not just another 'subscription' like Netflix.
This is an investment of your best self.
It could be 12 weeks, or it could be 12 months.
One thing that you will quickly find out is that I do not want to keep you forever. (WHAT?)
Thats right. My goal is to eventually get rid of you once you find your groove and confidence in what you are doing. To be totally self-sufficient. The goal is to help you change and become better.
Once you are confident enough (if you are in person) Then we can talk about moving to online and finding a way to still be accountable and keeping in touch!
