Hi, I’m John — a lifelong athlete, certified personal trainer, and someone who believes that fitness is one of the most powerful tools for building confidence, resilience, and a better life.
From football and wrestling to swimming and karate, movement has always been at the center of who I am. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working in summer camps, gyms, and group fitness settings, helping kids, adults, athletes, ex-military, and everyday people become stronger — inside and out.
My passion for coaching grew from a simple truth: someone once changed my life by believing in me, and I’ve made it my mission to do the same for others. Whether you’re a beginner, a busy parent, or a former athlete getting back into the groove, I meet you exactly where you are — and walk with you toward where you want to be.
My Coaching Philosophy
It’s Personal: I don’t just train bodies — I support people. I take time to actively listen to what my clients want, and their goals become my goals.
It’s Mental: Mindset is the foundation of lasting change. Every session is an opportunity to build not just physical strength, but also focus, confidence, and grit.
It’s Flexible: I currently offer in-person and online training, with hybrid coaching options available. We’ll work together to find what fits your life.
It’s Real: I specialize in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and corrective exercise — and I always keep it open, honest, and practical. If you’ve got questions, I’ve got answers — and I’m always happy to “spill the beans.”
