Health coaching became a natural extension of my personal journey toward healing and self-discovery. Growing up plus-size, I experienced the struggles of yo-yo dieting, often feeling trapped in cycles of guilt and frustration. In 2020, after 1.5 years on vegetarian Keto—a diet that led to weight loss but left me feeling restricted and miserable—I realized the need for a mindset shift.
This turning point marked the start of my healing journey, where I began cleaning up various aspects of my life, starting with my eating habits. In January 2021, a fall that required two ankle surgeries significantly limited my mobility. This challenge became an opportunity to focus on building strength, and for the first time, I worked with a personal trainer. That experience transformed how I viewed fitness and nutrition, shifting my focus from quick fixes to sustainable well-being.
By 2022, after over twelve years of spiritual coaching, I recognized how deeply food and nutrition impact living a balanced and purposeful life. My relocation to the U.S. came with its own set of cultural adjustments and mental health challenges, but it also deepened my commitment to holistic wellness. I took a leap of faith and graduated from the Health Coach Training Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), which solidified my belief in food as medicine and preventive care over medication.
Today, I’m passionate about promoting eating and living habits that prioritize prevention, self-care, and balance. My holistic approach weaves together nutrition, mindset, and spirituality to help others unlock their highest potential. I firmly believe that by aligning the way we eat and live with our true purpose, we can manifest a well-balanced, fulfilling life.
