keep in mind, the oats themselves are not super sweet, that’s just how I like this combination. top with cinnamon, nut butters, fruits, etc to make it sweeter, or maple syrup instead of sugar free!
28g plain oats
1/2 almond breeze unsweet almond milk
1.5 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs smucker's sugar free syrup
as much apple as your heart desires
