the other night, I used the notes in my phone like a journal planner. I wrote a few goals that I had for the next day, few things I wanted to accomplish, and why. I really wanted to create a, not forced, morning ritual. if you create one, make sure the things you create are because YOU WANT to do them. not because you feel forced or that you HAVE to do them. create things you genuinely are interested in trying or like so you really enjoy what you’re doing.
I am a morning person so I love to get up early and get the day started as early as possible. here is one of the things I wanted to do and see the 'thoughts on yoga' tab and that's a few take aways.
take the time to make you happy. take the time to make your soul happy. you are first.
i’ve always wanted to do yoga so I thought I would start. I recently started it and I LOVE it. after I do it, I feel so refreshed. I feel calmer, clearer, and I am not trying to sell you a broken tape. genuinely, I love it. everyone has different tastes and feelings so it’s not something everyone will enjoy but I definitely recommend trying it!

if you happen to struggle with getting up early.. with some research, here are some ideas to getting up earlier. everyone has their 'times' in the morning. meaning, you have times you mentally categorized and designated to what time is, early, sleeping in, too early, the perfect time.
to get into a routine, take your perfect time and decrease it by 15 min each day. decrease the wake up time by 15 min everyday until you reach your 'early' time.
pick ONE day each week to sleep in. the day can change whenever you need it to. listen to YOUR body. if you're tired, SLEEP IN, your body's still tired.
if you stay on the routine of decreasing 15 min each day and 1 sleeping in day, you will wake up 1.5 hours earlier than you usually would.
like I said, I LOVE to get up early. It's easily one of my favorite things. I love to start the day early because there's a calming and relaxing feeling associated with it.
