Police VS the Peacekeeper Speech:
We, the People, hereby, call for a paradigm shift in police training and Criminal Justice. The purpose of the police officer is intended to be that of a peace-keeper; an individual who performs the public service of ensuring the physical safety of those within a designated area. The militarization of the police has shifted the present occupation into an enforcer of unjust Policy, instead of human rights! These two concepts differ greatly in how laws are applied within societies and to whom they are applied.
We must begin by requiring comprehensive education before granting authority. This includes an increase in training duration, covering human rights deeply, psychology, de-escalation techniques, and non-lethal martial arts methods. The reimagination of local security and the police forces that typically provide it, is more than necessary when developing the actualization of a systemically Proper society. Policing around the world, but especially within the United States, has fallen prey to propaganda, politicization, along with insane amounts of influence and direction of the corrupted military industrial complex, as well as secret societies…
There are a few primary challenges facing the reshaping of our present police forces and some of the greatest are: the corrupt individuals inhabiting the roles of supposed “authority” and the even more corrupt systems surrounding our security verticals, which consistently push it to be more militant and independent from civilian rule. Policing as we understand it presently stands in stark contrast with the values we must embrace to align ourselves with truth and the relational universe, whether you may call that entity God or not.
When we consider the role of law enforcement, we cannot do so without first understanding the context and values those laws represent. After all, a law enforcer is supposed to seek only to ensure the rules are followed… They pay no mind to whether the rules are just, only concerning themselves with compliance by any means and their own safety. What form that compliance takes differs by individual and often can result in violence and even death for civilians whose method of compliance does not meet the demands guided by the ego of police involved.
In many ways, the failure of our policing institutions is indistinguishable from the failure of our education, public services, and legal and economic systems. Similar to the soldier, many police are trained to believe that every interaction with a civilian is a potential life or death situation—often to a point of delusional fetishization. Their fear of being on the receiving end of violence translates into being more proactively violent. It’s not just physical violence; there is tremendous economic harm done to the general population by police departments.
Civil asset forfeiture is when the police seize the property of the civilian without conviction or criminal charges, subjective suspicion is enough to take from the innocent in some of these psychos eyes. Statistical evidence shows an over 600 percent increase in seizure since 2002, to over 36.5 billion dollars in cash, securities, and other property—much of it from individuals who committed no crimes. Seizures of property must be contested in legal battles, which are expensive and typically target the poor and politically disconnected who lack the network and resources to fight against these thefts.
So, how should an institution designed to maintain peace and security invest these monies? Schools? Infrastructure or public services? No, the financial proceeds of these thefts are a major contributor to the militarization of the police force through expenditures on renovations for PRIVATELY OWNED jails, new police cars, exercise equipment for PRISONS, courtrooms, military equipment, etc.. Through these actions, policing has become nothing more than a broken extension of the military industrial complex, parasitically taking from those it claims to serve in order to financially support weapons manufacturers, with little to no actual care for public safety.
Consider the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) teams. First developed in 1965 to combat a rash of bank robberies in Philadelphia, SWAT teams were intended to handle hostage situations, barricaded criminals or groups, hazardous materials incidents, and high-risk tactical operations and counter-sniper situations. These hyper-militarized police divisions rapidly spread throughout police forces in the United States, and with expansion came a rapid increase in SWAT raids. Today, the majority of SWAT team raids throughout the United States do not align with the group’s stated intentions and end in disasters, such as children and innocents being tortured, shot, or worse!!! A study cataloging SWAT deployments from 2011 to 2012 demonstrated that 62 percent of all SWAT deployments were for drug raids, 79 percent of these raids were done on private residences, and only 7 percent were conducted for barricaded or hostage situations.
Overall, Policing as an institution is proactively harmful to the public it intends to serve. Although many caring officers go out of their way to do good for their communities and the people they serve, their efforts will always remain in the shadow of terror the system casts upon society.
Policing as an institution is rooted in slavery. In 1704, slave patrols were invented to enforce Black individuals' oppression by attempting to quell their resistance and uprising through brutality. States such as South Carolina and Virginia formally organized slave patrols into state-sponsored militias, government entities sanctioned by law with the intent to subjugate a people. In the northeastern United States, formal municipal police forces began to spring up around the mid-1800s in response to increasing urbanization. Many had the primary objective of enforcing Jim Crow law.
Plentiful evidence exists in our immediate state of persecution that the tyrants running this country have succeeded in the systemic enslavement of ALL people through policing, conviction, and sentencing. Much of this is supported by prosecutorial misconduct and knowingly false testimony, especially here. Policing is currently a system whose central purpose is to reinforce divisions, extort humanity, and perpetuate injustice; it always has been. This is why it cannot be reformed and instead must become something new, different in its intention and direction.
Like the military, policing as an institution is corrupted by profit-driven corporations. Consider the ethical abominations that are private prisons. The prison industrial complex partners with state and local municipalities to build, manage, and acquire prisons. In return, they demand minimum occupancy rates. This creates a cascading impact, requiring more police officers and more assertive policing in combination with aggressive sentencing to keep these prisons full… Our ever-increasing tyranny enforcement goes vertical in the well-financed prisons. People are being tortured and raped and police introduce drugs into the prisons and more.. Individual equity and equal application of the law cannot co-exist with a for-profit justice system.
Our core values of communal relations and peaceful equity absolutely reject the perversions found in this “justice” for profit system.. As such, we must unite for this reimagined policing and training, as well as the reinforcement of Human Rights through true peace-keeping Reform. Torture in all its forms must be banned. So must forms of imprisonment that leave the individual idle and able to form groups reinforcing ideals incompatible with greatness and truth. Instead, we focus on decentralizing prison sentences with attention on mental reform, labor and skill-building.
Today, I present a Plan for the future of law enforcement and criminal justice – a vision that embraces cutting-edge technologies and user-centric applications to revolutionize the way we approach policing. Our aim is to foster a society where accountability, transparency, and fairness prevail. In order to do this, we have designed many new systems, but one of our main focuses is on this incredible issue in society.
I stand before you with an initiative of global transformation, that seeks to reshape the landscape of peacekeeping, justice, and societal reform. Though, Our mission IS ambitious, this endeavor not only demands a reformation of policing and anti-corruption measures but also envisions a world where every individual is equipped with the knowledge of self-defense, legal rights, and peaceable justice for all under unity. I do propose a solution that is undeniable, unless you are totally confused or evil.
Firstly, we must advocate for the creation of the People's Anti-Corruption Council, which will be a watchdog against corruption that will investigate and prosecute wrongdoing wherever it may be found in society, especially government and policing.
Secondly, in order to counter corruption, we propose a crackdown with anti-corruption laws, a two-strike rule for offenses, and systemically increased pay for law enforcement officers, coupled with schooling and financial responsibility for harm caused to innocent victims.
Technology will play a crucial role in this transformation. We have detailed plans for an app that empowers individuals to report police corruption with ease, live-streaming of all policing for central and public evaluation, education and even the implementation of Virtual Reality technology during Training. There are many possibilities in this realm and we’ve planned for them.
In our commitment to justice, we seek to end the failed policing tactics, such as the ”war on drugs,” and advocate for a shift towards ethical practices like treating drug abuse as the public health crisis it is.
Education is pivotal to our vision. We WILL make basic police training a 2-4 year degree depending on the position you want, eliminating outdated policing practices, and emphasizing crime-solving over punitive measures.
Independent oversight committees will be established to ensure accountability, and global councils, such as the World Peace Syndicate and Anti-Corruption Council, will oversee the transition.
As we strive to reform our justice system, we also recognize the need for a reformed approach to incarceration. Our prison reform proposal includes job opportunities, skill-specific learning, and mental health guidance for prisoners.
We Also introduce the Revolutionary Justice App – a true beacon of transparency and engagement. Picture live streaming of police peacekeeping for public evaluation, in-app corruption reporting, and virtual legal consultations. This app is more than just a tool; it's a bridge between the public and those sworn to protect and serve.
The plans for the app extends into a gamified education platform for justice reform and education, virtual reality training modules, along with a global peacekeeper network. As We envision a future where law enforcement is not just a job but a commitment to continuous improvement and mastery, This Portal for Justice Reformation will become the nexus of progress tracking, corruption database management, and policy advocacy. It's a dynamic space where real-time updates on peacekeepers' activities ensure transparency and accountability. The World Peace Syndicate Hub connects global peacekeepers, fostering collaboration, sharing success stories, and promoting initiatives for a safer world. The Community Safety Network, Legal Aid, and Justice Hub bring justice to the fingertips of every individual. From disaster response to 24/7 access to Legal Support, anonymous corruption reporting, and an emergency response hub – But it's not just about technology; it's about reshaping the very fabric of justice… it's about creating a community where safety, transparency, and justice prevail.
Reshaping policing challenges some of the most tightly held beliefs and values of many within the organizations. It is a difficult but necessary process toward alignment with the world we are quickly transitioning to. Policing as it exists stands in direct opposition to the core values necessary to develop a more transcendental humanity. Like all systems, policing inherits a past it cannot deny or escape. It cannot be reorganized or reformed because both options are simply different forms of the same intention. There is a place for all participants whose occupations will alter within systemic actualization, but absolutely no place for the occupations as we understand them today.
While challenges lie ahead, Possibly even a world war with the current corrupted Deep state… It is our absolute goal to ensure that this turns into a metaphorical war and perfect policing by properly allocating resources, ensuring accountability, and navigating tensions between police and the public. Anyone can see that our proposals are a beacon of hope for a world where justice, accountability, and transparency prevail. As a man that has studied as much of our history as I could possibly find and go through, I have found countless wars fought and and probably billions of good people have died for one ideology, alone: Freedom and Justice!!!! Don’t you think, It’s time we’ve created it for ALL? I KNOW, IT IS!!
