Unplug Now and Then

Technology is part of your everyday life ~ from the cellular phones

you carry to the automation that runs the businesses that support you.

You can use technology to keep connected, answer questions, and solve problems.

In many cases, technology can make your life easier.

However, all these electrical devices can also add layers of stress.

Some people become addicts to information found on internet sites.  Is this you?

Social networking may keep you in touch with others but will also keep you from

genuine face-to-face conversations.  Unplug now and then!

The more challenging this is for you to do, the more you will need to do it.

Put down the phone, turn off the TV, and walk away from your computer.

Explore all there is to do without a digital gadget, including in-person connections with others.  (S. Finelli)
