Face Your Fears

How liberating to be fearless! Or is it? Your apprehension of harmful situations can be life-saving.

However, anxiety develops when your fears are unfounded and without any real threat.

Phobias, if not faced, can be crippling.

While it is understandable to fear the dark, extreme heights, and closed places, these things will not harm you.

In reality, the more you put your energies into avoiding these types of circumstances,
