No "true" species of demon; All different size, shapes, and colors; Every demon has two forms:

1. Normal Form - calm or happy emotion of a demon; almost always in this form

2. Demon Form - emerges when angered or threatened; young or hybrid demons have little control over this

Rank

Demons are placed into society with a rank; refers to how high they are on a respect scale; can be altered, but only by high ranking demon; often determined by family or parent rank; can be demoted or promoted because of actions

Souls

Demons can make souls, but it is extremely difficult; souls always need more than one "host" or creator; need lots of attention and can be disturbed or upset easily; most turn out corrupt or distorted

Demons can claim souls, but only one at a time; what they do with their soul is up to them

Restrictions

99% of demons report to a higher authority; can be killed both physically and in the soul; to be truly killed, soul must be completely destroyed.
