He is known as Cobra's cousin, even though the two are not actually related. He's 1 year and 1 month older than her and tends to be arrogant and self-centered when with others. However, if you get past his shell, he's quite kind and caring, if not with high expectations. Him and Phillip own a bar, in which he doesn't work, but actually lives in the rafters of the barn. Tyler's tail is modified to hang onto things, much like a lemur.
