Mr. Oliver Peissl in Germany gave us photos of a P-47 model finished in the marking of "Eileen" (78FG) with MiniArt kit. It is finished in flat, and the peel-off of paint on wing root is moderately reproduced. This model is to be published in several model magazines, and you can see it in his Facebook and Instagram pages. 

Mr. Hisao Saito of Tokushima Modeler’s Club sent us photos of his Claude model finished in the marking of 14th Kokutai, Houkoku-278. This model is a superb model in semi-gloss finished, and flaps are positioned at lowered position, and antenna line is added. 

Mr. Hisao Saito of Tokushima Modeler’s Club built this model of “オタ-1182” (Oita Kokutai) in splendid finish using Tamiya 1/48 kit and LLD 48-061.

 Especially noteworthy is not only the tiny chipped off camouflage near the cockpit and wing root area, but also the recreation of narrow panel lines on the white painted front cowling and tail section with black paint. 

Mr. Hisao Saito of Tokushima Modeler’s Club built this model of “雷134” (265th Kokutai) in splendid finish using Hasegawa 1/48 kit and LLD 48-062. Especially noteworthy is the tiny chipped off camouflage near the cockpit and wing root area. The yellow lightning bolt under the tail code is very fabulous and colorful among the rather conservative Japanese Navy fighter markings.

Mr. Hisao Saito of Tokushima Modeler’s Club built this model of “2-1-128” (Junyou Fighter Group) in splendid finish using Academy 1/48 kit and LLD 48-064. The complicated and minute dark green camouflage finish is quite noteworthy!

Mr. Hisao Saito of Tokushima Modeler’s Club built this model of Lt. (JG) Takeyoshi Ohno (251th Kokutai) in splendid finish using Tamiya 1/48 kit and LLD 48-065. As shown in the photo, lattice camouflage is precisely reproduced and glossy finish is somewhat subdued.

Mr. Hisao Saito of Tokushima Modeler’s Club built this model of W.O. Takeo Kanamaru (204th Kokutai) in splendid finish using Hasegawa 1/48 kit and LLD 48-065. The glossy finish of real aircraft is shown in good effect.

Mr. Makoto Inoue gave us photos of 3 P-51 kits he finished in quite standard. Especially noteworthy is the graduation of the yellow circle of "Shangri-La" is perfectly reproduced.

Mr. Taro Chinen, living in Yokohama/Japan, sent us splendid photos of 1/48 Fw190 flown by Novotny and its diorama view. The base kit is Eduard, but he changed the round type gun bulge on wings to edged ones from Hasegawa kit. No other part is modified. He applied LLD 48-019 on the model.  In its diorama view he used Tamiya texture paint and lawn from KATO. Novotny figure is a combination of CMK and Preiser, while Lt. Schmidt is ICM. Citroen 11CV is Tamiya kit. 

Mr. Makoto Inoue in Shiga Prefecture/Japan sent us splendid photos of P-51“Jackie”. This model is based on Tamiya kit and LLD 48-052, and the finish is neat and excellent. 

On May 21, 2024 Mr. Floyd Werner Jr. (in USA, owner of Werner’s Wings, Big & Small, Inc.) sent us photos of his splendid model of Iwamoto’s Zero type 52 (early version without heat protecting plate at the end of exhaust pipes) using our 48-061 item #9 decal. 

Mr. Kamimura in Saitama/Japan gave us photos of his Bf 109F model, "Gelbe 14" flown by Hans Joachim Marseille. It is a very nice model with clean camouflage finish.

 Mr. Robert Ronconi in San Francisco/USA gave us photos of his beautiful B-25 model (1/72 Airfix kit + Quickboost guns) finished in the marking of "Lucky Bat" (345BG). Bat mark on the nose contour is done very well. 

We got several photos of “Big Beautiful Doll” (based on 1/72 Airfix P-51D kit) from Mr. Brian Potts in Canada. This model is very neatly finished, and checker mark on lower nose is perfectly applied. 

Mr. Rob Ronconi in San Francisco/USA shared with us photos of his Nate model (1/72, Mania/Hasegawa) using our72-034 decal. The unique camouflage pattern is well reproduced.

Mr. Mark Smith in Texas/USA sent us several photos of his Claude model (1/48, based on Fine Mold kit) finished in W-121 marking.  Noteworthy among these photos are the one with slight brown color which is caused by sunlight from window. There are some records that Claude looked almite color, and there are some illustrations of Claude in orange brown color, but in all probability Claude was NMF with clear varnish overcoat that APPEARED slightly brownish due to sunlight.

We received these photos of a Ki-44 (Commander of 85th Sentai, Major Saito) model built by Mr. Vini Pompeo. It precisely represents the peel-off of dark green paint based on its photos.

Mr. Stefan Muhlig-Hoffmann in Finland gave us photos of his P-51 model "Salem Representative", which is neatly finished with semi-gloss metal finish. 

Mr. Masakazu Okamoto of modeling circle Sirius in Kyoto gave us photos of his Me 109F with the marking of Helmut Mertens, 1/JG3. He prepared his own decal "111". 

Mr. Akira Kita in Kawasaki/Japan gave us photos of his Fw 190 model finished in the marking of Erich Rudorfer, 6/JG2. This model was neatly finished, especially with the anti-stain black paint on wing root. 

Mr. Akira Makino of Ranryukai Model Clug/Hiroshima gave us photos of his Me 109G model finished in Capt. Franz Dorr (Kdr. II/JG5) marking. This model is neatly finished.  

Mr. Toshihide Fujimoto of WINDS model club (Kobe) sent us photos of his Fw 190 in the marking of JGr. 10. The snake mark on entire fuselage is quite gaudy for Luftwaffe fighter. 

Mr. Hisao Saito of Tokushima Modeler's Club sent us photos of his Hurricane model. This Hurricane was the "The Last of The Many", and was repainted in Royal Blue overall to participate in the Kings Cup race post war. The gold letter and spinner on blue fuselage is quite impressive.
