●  If you are interested in Lifelike Decals or collectibles, please send e-mail to the above address. We will make response in a few days.

●  Please note the following conditions for the sales of Lifelike Decals or collectibles. .

*Price shown in this website does not include shipping cost and custom clearance fee.

*Please let us know your name, delivery address and which product you want to order.

*All shipping will be done by Japan Post only, and no courier service.

*We will show you some shipping options and postage, so please choose which shipping option you want.

*We prefer shipping option with tracking number, but if you choose the cheapest option without tracking number, please understand it is your responsibility for the loss of the product during delivery.

*All payment should be made by PRIOR payment to our Paypal account in JPY. No other payment is accepted.

*After confirming your prior payment, we will dispatch the ordered goods in a few days, and will inform you of the dispatch (and tracking number, if available) by e-mail.

　 *No return or refund of delivered goods are accepted.

● As for the first inquiry from a model shop or dealer, please send us e-mail showing the name of the shop, delivery address and a website address (if available). We will send you an Excel list of current stock condition and order list. Please use this list for order.

【ご注文について】

●こちらに掲載していますライフライクデカールおよび中古品のお問い合わせ、在庫のあるライフライクデカールのご注文については、必ずe-mailでお問い合わせ下さい。メールを頂きましたら、数日以内に返事を差し上げます。 

●ご注文に際しては、以下の条件が基本であることをご理解下さい。

　＊すべての商品は消費税を含んだ価格になっています。商品価格合計のほかに送料がかかります。

　＊発送は日本郵便またはクロネコヤマトの2社だけとなっております。商品名と数量、送り先をお知らせ頂ければ、2社の発送方法に従った送料をいくつか提示しますので、選んで下さい。追跡できる方法が好ましいですが、追跡出来ない方法を選ばれた場合、商品紛失はお客様の責任となります事ご理解下さい。

　＊お支払いは事前の指定口座（メールでお知らせします）への振り込みのみです。クレジットカードや代金引換、現金書留、郵便為替はお受けできません。口座への振り込み手数料はご負担下さい。

　＊指定口座への振り込みが確認出来ましたら、数日以内にご指定頂いた発送方法で商品を発送し、発送した旨と追跡番号があればそれをメールでお知らせします。

　＊中古商品については、お問合せを頂いた段階で商品の状況を詳しく説明(場合によっては画像とともに)しますので、それをご理解の上ご購入下さい。従って購入者様のご都合による返品はお受け出来ません。

●模型店様からの初めてのお問合せの場合、貴店名、住所、ホームページがあればそのアドレスをお教え下さい。ライフライクデカールの在庫枚数と注文書を1つにしたExcel表をメールでお送りしますので、それにご記入の上ご注文下さい。
