Two perspectives

A recent study has shown that there can be two meanings of understanding what digital citizenship is. In fact, it can take on the meaning of far from reference, through the use of rules of use behavior, as regards the use of technology. The second meaning adopts a broader point of view by making it coincide with the ability to participate in online society and understanding as digital citizens, those who use the Internet regularly and effectively, for productive purposes. In fact there are a series of regulations, users are obliged to respect them, they have the aim of guaranteeing the safety of all. But the internet is not just a security set of rules to ensure the safety of everyone, in fact and also a tool for inclusion, two people can communicate even if they are distant from each other. Unfortunately not everyone can access the internet, for various reasons: sometimes it can be a cultural restriction, or the gap between rich and poor peoples. This is why the internet is a means of inclusion in the future.
