Agency is how people are "moral" under Libersophy.
Most people aged eighteen and above, for the sake of pragmatism and philosophical basis of Libersophic politics, have an active moral consciousness. The have a right to extend this agency unto objects that lack agency; this agency extends to other agents (people with agency) if all agents involved are involved consentually. Agents cannot force other agents to do things, nor refrain from doing things; attempting to commit force against agents will cause a inactive of agency against the aggressor. People have a negative right to objects because they have a capacity to extend their agency towards the object, if said object lacks agency of itself and/or its proper owner. It is wrong to force agents to share objects, as sthe objects have agency from the agents that own them. It is wrong to violate agency as agents all have an equal agency, and thus lack the power to force their agency upon other agents. Agency becomes inactive in when the an Agent becomes immoral or loses consciousness (Sleep, coma, surgery, etc.). Agency regains activity when rehabilitated or awaken, respectively.
