Items need to be made by the crafter; they cannot be retail, promotional, or second-hand products. Craft donations from both the occasional and the professional crafter are welcome. No business cards or self-promotion items will be displayed with the crafts. If you have a display item (basket, bowl, etc.) that you need returned to you, it is important that you put your full name and phone number on it.
Each product must be priced by you prior to drop off. See example for a tie-on tag.
Prices may be adjusted during the fair to encourage sales. If you do not wish the price of your products changed, add a red dot on the tag.
If you plan to pick up any unsold items add a blue dot on the tag.
If you are a WGBC donator please add a green dot on the tag.
Tags will be provided at the Craft Fair table on Sundays in September and October, or you may use your own. The Craft Fair team is available to help with advice about pricing, should you need it.

Items must be safely packaged - sealed and/or bagged - ready to be sold. We will not accept any food items that are not completely sealed due to safety protocol. It is strongly suggested that your presentation has some see-through packaging for display. We ask you to determine quantities per package of your edible items (cookies, cupcakes, popcorn, etc.). Creativity is greatly encouraged! If you have a display item (basket, bowl, etc.) that you need returned to you, please put your full name and phone number on it.
Due to allergies, include a list of the major ingredients in your edible item to be used as part of your display/presentation, or if possible, on your item packaging.
If you would like to donate your fresh, homegrown produce, we would love to have it! Bring your produce washed and in good condition - please nothing over-ripe.

Each year a team from the church visits Liberia and joins in the work being done through Child Development Liberia. While there, the team has the opportunity to support local makers and bring back a few items for the craft fair. These are a few examples of the types of creations you may see at the craft fair.
