Joining Google Classroom and Google Meet
Students will need to log into Google Classroom to access their classes. All courses listed in the student's schedule for semester 1 are loaded into the Google Classroom.
To access the Google Classroom, go to https://classroom.google.com/ and use your CCPS login and password to log in.
The Google Meet join link is available in the top left corner of each course header.
Students will attend live classes through Google Meet following the school schedule, see below. All classes will begin with a live session with the classroom teacher.
Additional resources for using Google Classroom are available below and in the parent resource section of this site.
REMEMBER - YOU MUST ATTEND ADVISORY WHEN REQUIRED!

Google Classroom Guardian Access is COMING!
Soon, you will be able to receive an email summary from google classroom. Parents control the frequency of the emails they receive. Updates for all enabled classes will be received in one single email.
*Upcoming Work - work that's due today and tomorrow (for daily emails) or work that's due in the upcoming week (for weekly emails).
*Class Activity - Announcements, assignments, and questions recently posted by teachers.
*Missing Work - Work that's late or missing at the time the email was sent.
Directions for how to access and set up your Google Classroom Guardian will be sent during the first few days of school. For now, we want to focus on making sure all students have access and are logging in for class.
SCHEDULES
Before school starts, you can see and print your schedule using Home Access Center. When you arrive on the first day, you will report to Advisory and a copy of your schedule will be given to you. If you have a "Please See Counselor" in your schedule, during that MOD when it appears, you would go to the counseling office. That means you still need to schedule a class. In order to get a schedule changed, there are a specific set of criteria needed. We don't change schedules just because you may not like the teacher, or the class. Please see "A Day in the Life of a Lion" for more info on schedules.
